Thank you for your interest in Bewaltz! We look forward to learning more about your company and how we can build a mutually successful partnership together.
We want to get you set up as soon as possible to start this exciting journey together! To do so, please read the following terms and conditions as you gather and submit the required information needed for approval. After the approval, you will be able to view our wholesale prices and start placing orders!

Document Verification Required:

E-Commerce:
- Bewaltz does not authorize the sales of Bewaltz products to third party websites such as Amazon, eBay, etc.
- Please understand that selling to a third party website or unauthorized retailer will result in termination of wholesale account privileges.
- Bewaltz will provide product images upon request.
Pricing Policy:
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.
- Pricing products in customer’s store may not be lower than the given
MSRP.
Minimum Order:
- Minimum opening order – $300.
- The minimum return opening order - $150.
Payment Terms:
- We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
- A valid credit card is required for first time orders.
- Any orders over $2,000 must be paid by wire transfer or check.
Shipping:
- Bewaltz shipments are shipped via UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
- International customers must have a freight forwarder or US location.
- Shipments may be sent to either business or residential location.
- Shipping costs will be available on each order once the order is ready to ship.
- Your credit card will not be charged until the order is ready to ship.
- All shipments will be sent from our office in Ontario, California.
- We accept pickups upon request and approval.
Order Confirmation:
- We provide order confirmation via email of all shipped orders that have an email address on file.
Backorders:
- Backorders $150 or more in value are automatically shipped when ready unless cancelled by customer.
- Backorders that do not reach $150 or more in value will be cancelled
automatically.
Damages/Concerns:
- Any damages or problems with your order must be reported within 5-7 business days from delivery date by emailing wholesale@bewaltz.com with pictures of each damaged item for approval.
- No refunds or credits will be issued after 7 days of delivery date.
- Items refused or returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Returns/Cancellation:
- Buyer must provide a written notice to cancel an order via wholesale@bewaltz.com or by phone, 5 days prior to ship date.
- We do not accept returns unless the product arrived defective, or an error was made by Bewaltz.
- Please inspect all items once order arrives to make sure they are all in good and working condition.
- Please notify us of any issues within 5-7 business days from delivery date to be eligible for a refund or store credit.
- To be eligible for returns, each item must be in resalable condition: unopened/unused, in original packaging, and free of any tags or stickers.
- Once a return is approved, please enclose a copy of the invoice and the reason for the return in the package.
- Customized items are not eligible for returns.
